สำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดลำพูน ("เรา" หรือ "สำนักงาน") ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งาน ("ท่าน") ในการใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศผ่านเว็บไซต์ lpnpeo.org เราจึงได้จัดทำนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับนี้ขึ้น เพื่อชี้แจงรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) และข้อกำหนดของ Google API Services

ระบบของเรามีการเชื่อมต่อกับบริการของ Google โดยขอสิทธิ์การเข้าถึง (Scopes) ดังต่อไปนี้ เพื่อให้ระบบทำงานได้ตามวัตถุประสงค์:

  • .../auth/userinfo.email, .../auth/userinfo.profile, openid: ใช้ระบุตัวตนของผู้ใช้งาน แสดงชื่อและอีเมลในระบบ และจัดการสิทธิ์การใช้งาน (Login)

2.2 การจัดการไฟล์และระบบ (Drive & Configuration)

  • .../auth/drive.file: ใช้เพื่อ "เข้าถึง แก้ไข และสร้างเฉพาะไฟล์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแอปนี้" เพื่อให้อัปโหลดเอกสารไปยัง Google Drive ของท่านและสร้างลิงก์สำหรับใช้งาน
  • .../auth/drive.appdata: ใช้เพื่อจัดเก็บ "ข้อมูลการตั้งค่า (Configuration Data)" ของระบบ โดยไฟล์เหล่านี้จะถูกซ่อนจากผู้ใช้ทั่วไป (Hidden app folder)
  • .../auth/drive.install: ใช้เพื่อเชื่อมต่อแอปพลิเคชันเข้ากับ Google Drive UI ให้ท่านสามารถเปิดไฟล์ผ่านเมนู "Open with" ได้

การเปิดเผยข้อมูลและการใช้งานแบบจำกัด (Limited Use Disclosure):

เราขอรับรองว่าการใช้งานข้อมูลที่ได้รับจาก Google APIs จะเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดดังนี้:

  1. No access to other files: เราจะไม่เข้าถึง อ่าน หรือลบไฟล์อื่นๆ ใน Google Drive ของท่าน ที่นอกเหนือไปจากไฟล์ที่สร้างโดยระบบนี้ (ตามสิทธิ์ drive.file)
  2. No Sale of Data: เราจะไม่นำข้อมูล Google User Data ของท่านไปขาย หรือใช้เพื่อการโฆษณา
  3. No Human Access: ไม่มีมนุษย์คนใดเข้าถึงข้อมูลหรือไฟล์ของท่านได้ ยกเว้นได้รับอนุญาตจากท่านเพื่อการแก้ปัญหาทางเทคนิค
  4. การใช้ข้อมูล Google User Data จะปฏิบัติตาม Google API Services User Data Policy รวมถึงข้อกำหนด Limited Use

ท่านมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข ลบ หรือระงับการใช้ข้อมูล รวมถึงสิทธิในการเพิกถอนการเชื่อมต่อ (Revoke Access) กับระบบของเราได้ตลอดเวลาผ่าน Google Account Permissions
